Native wildflower and grass seed come in various sizes and shapes. When planting the seeds with a drill, these seeds are coated so they flow better. Some seeds in the butterfly habitat at Lewis & Clark Recreation Area were hand planted due to the terrain. Cooperative effort of several agencies helped so that the habitat was established.
