Debbie Roberts of Yankton tried growing hybrid tea roses and other perennials for the first time and found success. As a gardener she had concentrated on short season plants in her former home in Leadville, Colorado. She explains her methods with roses so far. Thanks for visiting the blog. Comment if you wish. Here’s her story: http://www.yankton.net/river_city/article_74a5a8fe-16a2-11e3-8d41-0019bb2963f4.html
My roses are starting to go into their late fall slump as far as blossoms go. But I had lots of beautiful roses over the summer. This seemed to be a good year for roses. I’m sure Debbie will enjoy hers for years to come.
