Vicki will speak on “Flora Resource Competition Between Honey Bees and Wild Bees: Is There Clear Evidence and Can We Guide Management and Conservation?” and Rich will speak on “Honey Bees in the Pollination Networks of Natural Areas? We will announce our offerings for the 2019 Native Plant Sale at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 24, at the Sioux City Public Library.

Michelle Biodrowski, Pottawattamie County Conservation Naturalist and president of Iowa Prairie Network board of directors, will share “How and Why to Add Natives to Your Home Gardens” with us at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 10, at the Sioux City Public Library. Michelle brings a fresh, energetic, funny spin on planting native in our yards.
