Add sauce to your vegetables and avoid an ordinary meal. That’s according to Chef Staci Pederson, executive chef at Hy-Vee Food Store in Yankton. For vegetables and fruits in season from our garden or farmer’s market, sauces add more and different flavors.
Her summer series, “In Season with Chef Staci” features Chef Staci’s sauce recipes to accompany fresh vegetables and fruits.
